Booking Policy

1. Reservations

​

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or full prepayment.

  • Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to room availability.

  • Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a signed agreement and deposit.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

​

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show

​

  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

  • Non-Refundable Rate: Full charge applies upon booking.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.

4. Payment Policy​

​

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit cards, bank transfer, and cash (local currency).

  • A security deposit may be required upon check-in for incidentals.

  • Rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Children & Extra Guests​

  • Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.

  • Extra bed or crib available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced for safety.

6. Special Requests​

​

  • Requests for specific room types, views, or amenities are subject to availability.

  • The hotel will make every effort to accommodate preferences but cannot guarantee them.

7. Pets & Smoking​

​

  • Pets are not permitted inside guest rooms.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking zones are available.

8. Liability & Conduct​

​

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

9. Force Majeure​

​

  • The Canley Boutique Hote is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies. The payment will be forfeited in favor of The Canley Boutique Hote in case of no show.

10. Amendments​

​

  • The Canley Boutique Hotel reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and booking platforms.
