Booking Policy

1. Reservations

​

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or full prepayment.

  • Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to room availability.

​

2. Check-In & Check-Out

​

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show

​

  • Cancellatetion is not allowed, however guest may request for reschedule subject to room availability.

  • Non-Refundable Rate: Full charge applies upon booking.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.

4. Payment Policy​

​

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit cards, bank transfer, and cash (local currency).

  • A security deposit may be required upon check-in for incidentals.

  • Rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Children & Extra Guests​

  • Children under 3 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.

  • Extra mattress is available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Extra pax charge is P400 per pax per night

  • Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced for safety.

6. Special Requests​

​

  • Requests for specific room types, views, or amenities are subject to availability.

  • The hotel will make every effort to accommodate preferences but cannot guarantee them.

7. Pets & Smoking​

​

  • We accept small breed pets.

  • Pet fee is P350 per pet per stay max of 3 pets.

  • Pets must be in diaper at all times.

  • Cleaning fee is P1,000 in case of stain and urine smell

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking zones are available.

8. Liability & Conduct​

​

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

9. Force Majeure​

​

  • The Canley Boutique Hote is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies. The payment will be forfeited in favor of The Canley Boutique Hote in case of no show.

10. Amendments​

​

  • The Canley Boutique Hotel reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and booking platforms.
